The group have been instrumental in creating an MND research questionnaire that is now available to patients, family members and carers at the MND Care Centre in Sheffield.  If you have any thoughts on areas that should be prioritised for research and would like to complete a form (PDF, 112KB), completed forms should be returned to annette.taylor@sheffield.ac.uk or via post to:
